About the Event: For Groups

General Info

  • Groups to arrive between 09:00-09:30 on 05.07.2025
  • Activities will run 09:30-12:15, and 13:15-16:15.
  • Refreshments (squash, tea, coffee, biscuits) provided - but everyone needs to bring a packed lunch.
  • All participants should bring a backpack (or similar) to take home any crafts they have made during the day

  • Participant Fee: £17.50
  • Leader Fee: £0.00

Creating Your Booking

  • To start your booking, fill out the first place of the booking system, this creates a Group Booking
  • You then build up your booking by adding the names of the beaver scouts and the leaders who will be attending (fees will be calculated as you do this)
  • You do not need to add all participants at once - you can keep adding more Beavers to your booking so long as there are spaces at the event (your fees will be re-calculated and the payment schedule updated to show how much you own and by when).
  • Payments are due within 21 days of creating the participant places.
  • All payments must be in by 1st June.
  • The leader to participant ratio for the event is 1:5. If you need more leaders for a specific reason, please contact bookings admin via the contact form.
