About the Event: Staff
  • We need staff members to help with the build on 04.07.2025, approximately 13:00 - 17:00. There's an option to camp over if you wish/need to do so.
  • Minimum age for staff is 14 on the day of the event.
  • You would need to be at site by 08:30 on 05.07.2025, for final setup and staff Briefing
  • Activities run from 09:30 - 16:15 (with an hour for lunch at 12:15, and 15mins swap over between activity sessions)
  • Refreshments (squash, tea, coffee, biscuits) provided - but you'll need to bring a packed lunch. (For those wishing to camp over, there's a catering option)

Day/Residential Staff
Beaver Bonanza is a 1-day activity day. Although we do need some assistance getting things setup on the Saturday, it is not necessary for all staff members to be around before the actual day. It's also true to say that the majority of the campsite will be used for the activity lands. Therefore, if you are able to come to Beaver Bonanza as a day staff member, this would be much appreciated.

For those staff who are helping to setup on the Saturday and need to stop over, there is the option to do so. Although we're not charging a camp-fee for staff doing this, there is a charge of £20.00 if you need catering. Of course, you're also more than welcome to make your own catering arrangements (there are a couple of pubs close to Drum Hill and the Co-Op in Little Eaton village is open until 22:00 on Saturday and from 07:00 on Sunday).

We will be in touch with all staff members who have seleted Residential, to let them know arrangements and gather any dietary requirements etc (for those who have requested and paid for catering), a couple of weeks before the event.
